What card can be applied for?

The E-application can be used for First Card corporate cards with all liabilities.

Who can use the application?

Already existing First card customers with relevant strong customer authentication methods.

Where do I find the applications?

All applications can be found on firstcard.se

What do I need to have in order to use the application?

The application can be filled in either by card-applicant, the company representative or by a third person (e.g. HR responsible)

What do I need to know in order to use the application?

It varies from application to application, apart from card holder and company details as well the name and emails of all persons that are to sign the application are needed // All the same information as needed for the paper application and in addition the emails of all persons that are to sign the application.

How can I track the progress of the application?

After submitting the application the signees can track the status and see the whom that have signed it, once all parties have signed notifications to the signees will be provided by email and the application will be forwarded to Nordea. No other than the signees will be able to track the status of the application. If you haven’t signed within three days a reminder will be sent out by email.

Can I cross-sign between countries?

Yes, cross-signing between the Nordic countries are possible provided that each signee can sign digitally.

I don’t have a local SSN, can I apply anyway?

No, for users without local SSNs are without possibilities to sign digitally the paper application still need to be used.

I got an error when submitting or signing, what may be the problem?

Please check if all mandatory fields have been filled in. Each mandatory field is marked with an Asterix (“*”) and some guidelines of what is expected in these fields is shown when the field is empty. If trying to submit without filling out all mandatory fields error message will guide you. If you are unable to proceed please contact our support or feel free to use the paper application.

What will happen when I submit the form?

An email will be generated and sent to the persons stated as card-holder and signee(s) in the application. If several signees has been stated all of these will get an email with the application in question. In the email you can review and sign but also download the application .

How can I see the progress of the application?

You will be notified once all parties have signed the application. A reminder is also set-up to ask all signees to sign after a specified time-limit.

How many persons can co-sign?

Currently three persons can be added as co-signees for a few of the applications. All of the appointed signees need to have signed in order for the application to be submitted.

What is Assently? (who provides e-signing technology?)

It is a legal, compliant and secure premium solution for e-signing and e-identification that First Card uses in their e-application process. To find more information about Assently please visit:https://assently.com/

Can I apply for more than one card?

Each card requires its own application i.e you can only apply for one card per application. It is possible to apply for more then one card but it will require separate applications. Persons that have first cards since earlier will be able to apply for a second card using this e-application.

I received an email with the invitation to sign. How do I know that it’s not something fishy?

Please review the document you’ve been asked to sign and if the case obviously isn’t meant for you, perhaps your email address was used by mistake.Contact First Card support or your local HR. The email address that is used to send the invitation to sign email is: No-reply@assently.com

Is e-signing legally binding?

Electronically signed contracts are just as legally binding as if signed with pen and paper

I have an idea that could improve e-application service. How can I share it?

Any improvement suggestions can be forwarded to the First Card support team.

I did not receive an email after application has been submitted?

This may be due to incorrectly stated email address in the application or that that the email as been sent to the Trash-inbox as it is sent from a no-reply email address.

What should I do if there are problems with the form?

For best user experience the recommendation is to use Google Chrome. Other browsers are supported as well although there may be some discrepancies with Internet Explorer. We are however working on addressing these. Microsoft will not support IE after 2021.
