Approval regarding traveling expenses information

I hereby consent to First Card being entitled to send to my employer * details pertaining to chosen travel expenses account system regarding all of the card transactions made using a valid First Card company-purchased Private Card. Approval is valid until further notice or until it has been revoked, which I must always do in writing when my employment ends. Approval also expires when the company's agreement with the travelling expenses provider or First Card is discontinued.

* The term employer refers to all of the companies included in the same group as the above specified employer.
